The platform

Stop running treasuryout of seven bank tabs.

Every cross-border vendor used to mean another bank login, another cut-off time, and another mystery FX markup at the bottom of the statement. Crossrate folds quoting, holding, converting, and settling into one ledger your whole finance team can read.

Mid-market quoting

Every quote is the real interbank mid-rate with our fee shown as a separate line item. No hidden spread baked into the price, no "zero-fee" transfer that quietly costs 2% on the rate. What you're charged sits on the screen before you confirm.

Hold 38 currencies

Collect, hold, and pay out of local-currency balances without forcing a conversion on every leg. Sit in EUR until you actually need USD.

Local settlement, 130+ countries

Funds land on domestic rails — SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, PIX — so your vendor gets paid like a local, not a wire that arrives Thursday minus a lifting fee.

Rate locks up to 30 days

Hold today's rate for an invoice you'll pay next month, so the number you quoted is the number you settle.

Batch payouts

Upload 5,000 vendor payments across 40 currencies in one file and reconcile every line automatically.

Pick a route. See exactly how the money lands.

Every corridor settles on the destination's domestic rail, not an international wire — so your counterparty is paid like a local and you keep the lifting fees.

SEPA Instant · seconds

USD → EUR

Pay European suppliers from a US balance and land euros on SEPA Instant, day or night, with the IBAN reference intact for their reconciliation.

IMPS · same day

GBP → INR

Settle Indian contractors in rupees over local rails, with purpose codes attached so the funds clear compliance instead of sitting in a review queue.

PIX · seconds

USD → BRL

Reach Brazilian vendors over PIX around the clock — no wire windows, no intermediary bank shaving the amount on the way through.

Zengin · same day

EUR → JPY

Send yen on the domestic Zengin network so Japanese partners receive a clean local credit, not a foreign remittance with a deduction.

SPEI · minutes

USD → MXN

Move pesos on SPEI in minutes for payroll and supplier runs, with the exact mid-market rate locked at the moment you initiate.

NIP · same day

GBP → NGN

Pay Nigerian counterparties in naira through local rails, with full beneficiary detail and FX documentation generated on the transfer.

Built for developers

One API for quoting, converting, and paying out.

Wire FX into your billing, payroll, or marketplace flow without becoming a money-transmission expert. Typed SDKs, idempotent endpoints, and a sandbox that quotes against real historical rates.

Quote-to-settle endpoints

Pull a locked quote, reference it on the payout, and settle against the exact rate you were shown. No drift between what you priced and what you paid.

Idempotent payouts

Every send carries an idempotency key, so a retried request never double-pays a vendor — even when the network blinks mid-call.

Webhooks that reconcile

Guaranteed-delivery events fire on quote, conversion, and settlement, each tagged with the ledger entry it maps to.

Sandbox with real rates

Test against live and historical mid-market data, simulate slow rails and failed settlements, and ship knowing the edge cases are handled.

ERP & accounting sync

Native connectors push every conversion and fee into NetSuite, Xero, and QuickBooks at the rate it actually cleared.

Granular permissions

Maker-checker approvals, per-user payout limits, and SSO keep large transfers behind the right pair of eyes.

From the finance teams

Treasury that finallystopped leaking on FX.

We were paying suppliers in nine currencies through three banks and losing close to 2% on every conversion. Crossrate put it on one ledger at the mid-rate. The savings covered a full headcount in the first year.

Rate locks changed how we quote international contracts. We commit a price in the SOW, lock the rate the same day, and the margin we modeled is the margin we keep three months later.

Our engineers wired global payouts into the marketplace in under a week. The sandbox quotes against real rates, so nothing surprised us when we flipped to production.

The questions treasury teams ask first.

What rate do I actually get?

The real interbank mid-market rate — the same midpoint you'd see on a financial terminal — with our fee shown as a separate, visible line. We never widen the spread to hide a margin in the rate, so the quote you see is the rate you settle.

How fast does money arrive?

Most payments settle the same business day because we deliver on domestic rails — SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, PIX and more — rather than routing every transfer as an international wire. Delivery time depends on the destination country's local rail and cut-off windows, all shown on the quote.

Is Crossrate licensed to move money?

Yes. Crossrate operates under the money-transmission and e-money authorizations required in each market it serves, with client funds held in segregated safeguarding accounts separate from our own balance sheet.

Can I hold a balance instead of converting?

Yes. You can collect, hold, and pay out of local-currency balances across 38 currencies, and only convert when a rate or rule you set is met — so you're never forced to cross the spread twice on a round trip.

How do rate locks and forwards work?

A rate lock freezes today's mid-market rate for up to 30 days against a specific payment, so an invoice you pay next month settles at the rate you quoted today. Forward contracts extend the same certainty further out for budgeted, future-dated obligations.

Will it fit our accounting stack?

Native connectors sync every conversion, fee, and settlement into NetSuite, Xero, and QuickBooks at the exact rate that cleared, and webhooks tag each event with its ledger entry — so reconciliation is automatic, not a month-end manual export.
