Do I need a full gym?

No. Pick a program for a commercial gym, a home barbell setup, or dumbbells only — Forge swaps exercises to fit whatever equipment you have.

I'm a total beginner. Is this too advanced?

Our Foundations program assumes zero experience. Forge starts light, teaches the lifts with video, and adds weight only when your form holds.

How does the auto-progression actually work?

After each set you log how many reps you had left in the tank. Forge uses that to set next session's weight — pushing when you're strong, holding when you're fatigued, and deloading after two stalls.
