Full-service residential engagements typically start at $150K CAD in construction and furnishing combined. We also take focused furnishing or joinery commissions on finished homes.
A full renovation runs 9 to 16 months from first concept to install — design and procurement up front, build and styling after. We share a realistic, padded timeline before you commit.
Yes. Roughly a third of our work is in Niagara, the Laurentians, and Muskoka, plus the occasional pied-a-terre abroad. Travel is built into the proposal.
