Our classes

Every style of practice, one calm room.

Whether you have never touched a mat or you have a daily practice, there is a class here that fits. No mirrors, no pressure, no competition.

Grounded Vinyasa

A slow, breath-led flow that builds strength without the rush. 60 minutes to move, sweat a little, and land back in your body.

Restore & Release

Long-held, fully supported poses with bolsters and blankets. The nervous-system reset you have been promising yourself all week.

Stillpoint Meditation

Guided 30-minute sits in breathwork, body scan, and loving-kindness. No experience needed — just a willingness to sit still.

Morning Mobility

A gentle 45-minute wake-up for stiff joints and desk-bound shoulders. Start the day with space instead of tension.

Beginner's Foundations

A 4-week series that teaches the postures, the breath, and the why — at a pace that never leaves you guessing.

Candlelit Yin

Deep, quiet stretching by candlelight on Friday nights. Trade the doomscroll for stillness and end the week soft.

Inside the studio

A space that lets you exhale.

Reclaimed wood, plants in every corner, underfloor heat, and a quiet that the city forgets. This is where your practice lives.

From our members

Real people, real practice.

I have started and quit yoga a dozen times. Stillpoint is the first studio that felt like it was for me, not for the photos. Six months in and I have not missed a week.

The teachers actually learn your name and your knees. After my injury, the Restore classes gave me my body back. I leave every class calmer than I have been in days.

I came for the workout and stayed for the quiet. The meditation classes changed how I handle stress at work more than any app ever did.

Before your first class.

I have never done yoga. Where do I start?

Begin with Beginner's Foundations, Morning Mobility, or any Grounded Vinyasa. Tell the teacher it is your first time — they will offer options for every pose, and nobody is watching but you.

What is included in the free week?

Seven days of unlimited classes across every style, plus free mat and prop use. No card needed to start, and no obligation to continue.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just comfortable clothes and water. We provide premium mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and clean towels at no charge. Showers and lockers are free too.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes, anytime, from your account. Unlimited members can pause for up to three months a year at no cost, and there is never a cancellation fee.

How small are the classes?

Every class is capped at 16 students so teachers can actually see you, adjust you, and keep the room calm. Popular slots book up, so reserve ahead in the app.

Is there parking and transit nearby?

We are a two-minute walk from the Yonge subway line, with bike racks at the door and discounted evening parking in the lot next door.

Your first week is on us.

Seven days, every class, no card required. Come find your still point — your body and your week will thank you.
